Job Overview

Lead the development and maintenance of pet healthcare institution clients. Drive market promotion and sales of our SaaS systems, medical devices, and professional training services. You'll directly participate in our rapid growth and build a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Development & Maintenance - Develop, evaluate, contract, and maintain long-term relationships with pet hospitals and clinics
  • Product Sales & Promotion - Drive market promotion and sales of SaaS systems, medical devices, and professional training services
  • Team Leadership - Lead sales team to achieve performance targets, provide guidance and career development opportunities
  • Channel Development - Build sales channels and partner relationships, expand industry resources

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher (Master's preferred); Marketing, Business Management, or Veterinary-related fields preferred

Experience

5+ years B2B sales experience; 3+ years sales team management experience; Pet healthcare, medical devices, or SaaS industry experience preferred

Core Competencies

Sales project management, customer development & maintenance, team leadership, business negotiation skills, strong performance orientation
